For the past week I have been trying something a little new for working out. Running is my favorite workout/thing to do but sometimes I get a little lax at bringing other training elements into my workouts. It's always good to mix in some strength training exercises. I've been trying out Barre classes. I'm not really into yoga because most classes are too boring or slow (I just haven't found the right instructor). Let me just say these Barre classes are amazing! By the end I am drenched in sweat and sore all over. It's like lifting at the gym but way more fun and without all the bros. I might be hooked. Does this Nike Plus business really help you workout?
