Blah, I have been slacking so hard on running the last couple weeks. I cannot get my butt out of bed to make a morning run happen and by the time I get off work I'm beat. My hours at work have been a little more then normal. We are trying to finish up a big project that will hopefully be complete by the end of this week. I just feel so gross when falter with my running. Aside from pounding an americano at 6pm for energy, does anyone have any energy boosting tips up their sleeve?
